Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to understand business needs, user journeys, and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize user experiences.
• Design user-friendly interfaces that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine design solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
• Maintain and update design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Stay updated with modern design trends, tools, and usability best practices.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to user flows, design guidelines, and process improvements.
• Ensure all design outputs contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving project goals.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer/Developer in a competitive environment (exceptions for highly skilled designers).
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects across web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for understanding front-end integration.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centered solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills to collaborate with international teams.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a daily 4-hour overlap with US time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for SaaS applications, dashboards, or enterprise-level products.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Familiarity with usability testing methods and analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Ability to create and manage design systems for consistency across products.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and passion for delivering pixel-perfect designs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly enthusiastic about improving user experiences and achieving business goals.
